We strongly believe in “Quality makes growth”. The company is dedicated to the quality policy that will ensure that its products and services fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times. The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Basically we are deliberating 3 areas to meet our quality policy.

Material

Our quality starts from this area, our Purchase Department order the material to the suppliers will restrain the entire specification as indicated in Bill of Quantity and as per the particular specification of the Tender Documents. The Suppliers will be given with stringent instructions that the material supplied by the Suppliers should be in accordance with the specification; we are collecting necessary Test Certificate, Manuals, MTBF (Mean time between failures) of items and any other relevant document along with the materials supplied.

Mean time our site engineers make a GRN (Goods Received Notes) to our Purchase department to ensure proper materials reach the site, in addition to that our purchase team visit the site periodically to check quality of supplied material. .

Workmanship and timing

Workmanship is backbone of quality; we are particularly concentrating on workmanship, we are conducting periodical training program to our technicians to meet quality of works and manufactures standards.

The program emphasize the use of various verification activities which are to be performed by assigned personal to monitor, report, prevent, detect and correct conditions adverse to quality.

Necessary tools and machineries provided to site to complete the projects within the stipulated time period; our site engineers and supervisors are making a work schedule for proper sequence of work. Our project management team will cross check whether prescribed schedules are accomplished or not.

We make our staffs to understand, how to do their jobs and doing it right first time.

Testing and Commissioning

Our Testing and commissioning team is ensuring the quality and safety of equipments, we have ideal testing and commissioning team to inspect the work before commissioning the equipments, which is installed at site.

After completing the work at site, our testing and commissioning team will fully elaborate the completed work, if any problems are identified, same will be rectified by technicians in front of the T & C team, after full satisfaction of physical checking, our T & C team conducts electrical testing by various kinds of testing equipments, after complete electrical testing and satisfied parameters and values, T & C team issues the “safe to commission” certificate to site engineers to commission the equipments.
